How it works
Four short stages, end-to-end usually inside 2-8 weeks depending on scope:
1. Discovery. A 30-minute call to understand the workflow, the volume, and what "good" looks like. We follow up with a written summary so we agree on the problem before anyone writes a line of code.
2. Scope and estimate. We map the project into milestones, identify the integrations, and give you a concrete estimate. No tiered pricing pages. Every AI workflow we build varies in scope, so we estimate each one honestly. See our scoping methodology.
3. Build. A small senior team works in weekly sprints. You get a live demo each week. You can ask for changes mid-build without paperwork. The system goes through internal review before it ever touches your customers.
4. Launch and operate. We deploy to production, monitor the first weeks closely, and stay available for adjustments. If something starts behaving oddly six months in, we are the people who fix it, not a stranger who never saw the original build.
Why custom AI automation (and not just Zapier)
No-code tools like Zapier, Make, and n8n are excellent for simple integrations between SaaS products. We use them ourselves where they fit. They fall apart when the problem involves any of these:
- Custom AI logic that has to make a judgement call (which messages need a human, which can be auto-replied)
- High-volume processing where per-task pricing makes a no-code stack 10× more expensive than custom code
