Field notes from production AI builds

How we think about custom AI development, what works in production, and what we learned the hard way. No "10 ways to use ChatGPT" content. Just real lessons from shipped projects.

Most posts here orbit two pillar topics: AI agents for messaging-first businesses, and AI automation for the repetitive work that drains hours every week.

What you will find here, and what you won't

This is a working blog, not a content mill. Every post starts from something we actually built or broke on a client project, then writes down the part worth keeping. You will find pieces on AI agents, AI automation, and custom AI development, plus the unglamorous bits around them: how we scope a build, where a plain chatbot stops being enough, what a single edge case cost us, and how we decide when a human still needs to be in the loop.

What you will not find: generic guides rewritten from ten other blogs, recycled vendor talking points, or hype about a model that shipped last week. We write for owners, founders, and operators who are weighing whether AI belongs in their business and want a straight answer from people who ship it for a living. New posts land when we have something real to say, not because a content calendar says it is Tuesday.

If you would rather see the work than read about it, browse our recent projects, or start with what we actually build.
