Mobilni Market is a Serbian B2B mobile-parts wholesaler running hundreds of SKUs, dozens of recurring customers, and a daily WhatsApp queue that had outgrown manual reply. Off-the-shelf chatbot tools could only solve the inbound side, badly. The actual bottleneck was the entire revenue loop, end-to-end.
We built the loop as one connected pipeline. Every morning, an AI scan flags stock that has aged past 3 months and queues it for the owner. He approves which stale items to push (the only human decision in the daily loop). The approved batch goes out to every customer on WhatsApp, in free-form natural language, in Serbian (or English, German, or any locale the underlying AI supports), referencing real product details.
Customers reply naturally. The AI handles all of it: searches the catalog, checks stock, creates the order, cancels, references the customer's history, returns product images, answers business questions. Confirmed orders land in the owner's mobile app. He packs, ships, marks them sent. The status round-trips back to the customer.
December 2025 trial period: 5,413 customer messages routed, 1,230 AI tool invocations across 6 tools, 42 orders processed end-to-end, 20 low-stock alerts auto-triggered, ~45 hours of manual reply work avoided every week. Infrastructure cost: around $15 per month.
